PactSight is a contract tracking platform that helps you upload, organize, and monitor your contracts. We use AI to extract key dates, parties, and values, and send automated renewal reminders.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
You may use PactSight only for lawful purposes. You must not upload malicious files, attempt to circumvent security measures, or use the service to violate any applicable laws.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. The free plan is limited to 10 contracts.
AI extraction is provided as an aid and may not be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data. PactSight does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted information.
You retain full ownership of all contracts and data you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content. You can export or delete your data at any time.
PactSight is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for missed deadlines, incorrect extractions, or any damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
